Exploring your Inner Artist - Ink Portraits & Collage

Picasso said: “Every child is an artist. The challenge is to remain an artist once we grow up”.

This course is not about getting it right, but rather about finding your own artistic language through experimenting and liberating your innate creativity through various techniques and exercises and by providing a supportive environment, 

Susie invites less experienced artists to explore their untapped creativity and for experienced artists to experiment with new ways of creating. The result is greater confidence in your ability to authentically express yourself. 

In the two sessions this term we will explore ink portraits and collage.

For inspiration, we will look at the works of famous artists which relate to our topic and engage in a range of exercises designed to increase confidence and repertoire. All materials will be provided for this workshop.

The workshop is held over 2 Sunday sessions - each is 4h long with a 30min break for lunch.
