Come join us for a friendly, nurturing and inspiring morning!
Dive into this immersive 3-hour workshop. Combining an exploration of the creative process, it uses relaxation breathing techniques and sensory elements to touch and feel with closed eyes. A notebook will be provided to capture emotions gathered through this sensory journey.
You will then have the opportunity to unleash your creativity by expressing your experiences through drawing on clay bodies.
This workshop is crafted to empower everyone, from absolute beginners to artists of any medium, with essential tools to enhance their creative flow and unlock their potential. It aims to ignite greater awareness of the patterns that may hinder our creative instincts, ultimately sparking curiosity and unveiling the hidden art within ourselves. All materials provided.
