Woo hoo!
It's been over 6 years in the making but we're finally returning to our (refreshed, refurbished and extended) home, ready for our Term 2 classes to commence from Monday 5 May. Stay tuned for a community event in Spring this year to celebrate our reopening!
We now offer the community a spacious, state of the art ceramics studio, new media room, refurbished painting and drawing studio, generous gallery and event space and much more. We can't wait to show you the new and improved BAG.
It's full of some classics we know you love as well as new courses for creatives of all levels and ages, from absolute beginners to seasoned artists. Take a look! There's so many ways to be creative at BAG.

Construction is now complete for the $4.6m refurbishment and additions to our original modernist studio. Co-designed in consultation with the Beaumaris Arts Group Committee, architects, heritage and accessibility advisors and arborists - it's the culmination of 6 years work, which started with lobbying council to reconsider the building's planned demolition and instead save our modernist studio, retain its rich history in the community and refurbish it for a new generation.
