Construction is now underway for the $4.6m refurbishment and additions to our original modernist studio. It has been co-designed in consultation with the Beaumaris Arts Group Committee, architects, heritage and accessibility advisors and arborists. Works are scheduled for completion by early 2025. In the meantime, classes and workshops will continue in 2 separate locations.

We're excited to announce that Hampton Sailing Club have kindly offered Beaumaris Arts Group Adult Members exclusive use of their facility for painting sessions on Fridays from 9:30-11:30am. The space offers panoramic views of the water, nearby boats and the city skyline to the right (not shown in the photo). Floor to ceiling windows offer wonderful natural light.
There is a single staircase with balustrade up to the first floor level. Tea and coffee making facilities. Heating and cooling. It's quite cosy and of course, out of the winter weather. A small fee of $10 per person per session will apply to cover the cost of hiring the space each week. Please note that participants will need to bring all their own materials and these sessions will be untutored. Escape the cold and join us! Book via the link below.
