Botanical Illustration & Watercolour

Zoom into the intricacies of painting flowers under the expert guidance of botanical artist and horticulturalist Miffy Gilbert. In this 4h workshop you will learn to draw and paint the amazing structures and natural design found within their form. 

The focus will be on Oriental Lilies as they are in full bloom at this time of year and amazing to paint. Workshop participants will work their way through the important botanical elements, draw and then paint the flower. Subject matter will be provided.

This workshop is for confident artists with previous drawing and painting experience. Participants to supply their own materials - a recommended materials' list will be supplied.

Workshop includes a 30min break.
