How Does Public Art Happen?

Why do we commission public art? What is its function? Who is involved? What's the process and how can you participate? This talk is hosted by Victoria Jones from  T Projects - independent arts consultants, founded in 2017. Victoria specialises in ​creative strategy development, public art commissioning and developing and delivering arts and cultural initiatives. She's also a BAG Member.
