GALLERIES, FLANGES AND DIFFERENT LID STYLES. Join us for this one-off, 4-hour workshop for intermediate to advanced throwers. The session will focus on galleries (shelf/seat) on which a lid can sit on a clay pot, flanges and different lid styles. Includes demonstrations and hands on practice and general feedback group discussion. Price includes a half bag of clay. No firing or glazing is included.
Prerequisite: You will need to be confident with wheel throwing a cylinder of any size.
What to bring:
• Ideas or sketches of what you would like to achieve.
• Bats if you intend to take home your effort.
