KIDS WORKSHOP | Under the Sea Watercolour Painting

In this workshop, we will create two special pieces with an Under the Sea theme. Suitable for children already attending primary school, aged 5+ to 12 only.

About the event
In this workshop we will create two special pieces with an Under the Sea theme. First, we will explore the wet on wet watercolour technique and use of patterns, as we create a bright puffer fish. We will use paint markers to add finishing touches. Next, we will use pencil and Sharpies to outline an exciting underwater scene. We will then fill in the details with vibrant watercolours and see how salt reacts with the paints.
Please bring your own snack and water.
Suitable for Primary school students (already attending school) aged 5+-12 only.
Tutor: Alison Powell
Qualified primary school teacher and first aid qualified.
